Our printing facility houses the industry-leading Roland SOLJET printer, a digital system that uses Eco-SOL INK, enabling us to print on both coated and uncoated materials. Eco-SOL INK is both UV and scratch resistant – perfect for outdoor-prints that may be threatened by changing weather.

The Mimaki UJV-160 is designed to print on both rigid (up to 0.5”) and roll-to-roll medias, this machine is a perfect solution for printing onto almost anything.  Paper, Vinyl, Fabric, Magnets, Backlit, Wood, Plastic, Steel, Carpet, Leather, ect... Thanks to breakthrough UV LED curing technology, problems such as drying time, deformation of media and cracking of inks are completely eliminated. Due to the small droplet size and efficient LED cure lamps, prints are completely dry immediately after leaving the printer, ensuring turnaround times are greatly reduced. This machine does not generate ozone or any other VOC’s, which are important considerations for both the operator and the environment.

The file required depends on the type of print. Ideally, we prefer Illustrator EPS files with outlines created and images at the correct resolution in CMYK format. Contact us if you have any concerns.
